Welcome to Gatewell Therapy Center, a premier counseling center in Miami, FL, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, alcohol/substance use disorders (addictions), anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, grief, the emotional aspects of infertility, and relationship concerns.
We offer individual, couples/family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide nutrition services, including nutritional assessment, medical nutrition therapy, and nutrition counseling for patients of all ages.
Our treatment is highly specialized, discreet, and customized to your individual needs. We are trained in evidence-based approaches (treatments that have been proven to work), such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma/PTSD. We are an out-of-network provider for insurance, meaning we do not contract directly with insurance plans.
Gatewell is located in Coral Gables, FL, near the University of Miami and convenient to South Miami, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Key Biscayne, downtown, South Beach, and other surrounding neighborhoods. As a convenience, our therapists also offer online therapy for appropriate candidates.
